In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

All financial transactions on vk999e are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). vk999e does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, or MCB Bank may apply their own charges, which are outside vk999e's control.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your vk999e Account are credited after confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a technical issue causing a delay, Players should contact vk999e support and provide transaction reference details. The minimum deposit amount on vk999e is 500 PKR via Easypaisa or JazzCash, and 1,000 PKR via bank transfer.

Withdrawals: All PKR withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.

• Providing false or misleading identity, age, or contact information at any stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets on vk999e.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vk999e's total liability to any Player in connection with the vk999e platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the PKR funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

vk999e is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated savings.
• Loss of PKR funds arising from network interruptions, third-party payment provider errors, or device failures outside vk999e's control.
• Technical malfunctions in games caused by game studio software errors.
• Losses arising from a Player's use of a third party's device, network, or shared account credentials.
• Delays in PKR withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits vk999e's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter where such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.

vk999e collects and processes personal data from Pakistani players — including name, CNIC details, email address, mobile number, and transaction history — for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised gaming and promotional content.

vk999e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.

Where an Account is closed due to a Terms breach, vk999e reserves the right to withhold PKR balances pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, remaining PKR balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus credits and associated winnings obtained in breach of these Terms will not be returned under any circumstances.

Players may close their own vk999e Account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining PKR balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being processed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to vk999e's operating jurisdiction. Pakistani players agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the vk999e platform, or any game played on vk999e shall be resolved in the first instance through vk999e's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, Players must contact vk999e support in writing via email at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute clearly and providing relevant Account details and transaction references. vk999e will acknowledge the dispute within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through vk999e's internal process within 30 days of submission, Pakistani players may seek further resolution through applicable external mechanisms. vk999e will cooperate fully with any legitimate external dispute resolution process.

vk999e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that meaningfully affect Player rights, account rules, payment terms, or bonus conditions — will be communicated to all registered Pakistani players via the email address on file with their Account no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Non-material changes — such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause — may take effect immediately upon publication and without individual notification.

Your continued use of the vk999e platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using vk999e and close your Account before the effective date.
